Once again, BCL is a proud sponsor of Celebrate Brooklyn, the summer performing arts fest at the band shell in Prospect Park. The Brooklyn Creative League was started by Erin Carney and Neil Carlson, two stay-at-home parents who opened the 11,000-square-foot space on President Street and Fourth Avenue last April to provide a creative work space without the distractions of working in a living room. But they see their site as more than just a place to have access to services at a shared group rate.
