Jamillah & David Lamb | Between The Lines Productions
David Lamb (Playwright and Producer) and Jamillah Lamb (Producer) are the husband and wife team behind the award- winning play Platanos Y Collard Greens, and owners of Between The Lines Productions, Inc. Before launching their theater careers, Jamillah served as a Vice President at Citibank, while David worked as an attorney (and moonlighted as a novelist, self-publishing his first novel “Do Platanos Go Wit’ Collard Greens?” which they jointly adapted for the stage). Eight years later, they are still proudly producing the play–which runs Off Broadway in NYC and has toured over 200 colleges around the country–as well as working on new writing and theater projects.
